The last date to submit an application for SMPA Support Prescription Assistance Program for APTIOM will be February 28, 2025. The last day for eligible patients to fill a prescription claim for SMPA Support Prescription Assistance Program for Aptiom will be June 30, 2025.

Patients who are eligible for the APTIOM PAP on or before March 31, 2025, are eligible for prescription assistance through June 30, 2025. Please note that final refill orders must be processed on or before June 30, 2025. Patients and healthcare providers should discuss medication options after the last prescription refill.

Please enroll any eligible patients in the APTIOM PAP by February 28, 2025. The last day for eligible patients to fill a prescription claim for SMPA Support Prescription Assistance Program for APTIOM will be June 30, 2025.

Please note that healthcare providers need to provide an updated written prescription for patients who obtain their medication via a retail pharmacy card.
